As they enter into teenage years our children have increasing independence and outside influences on their food and lifestyle choices. Keeping the body and mind strong as they navigate these years is essential and good nutrition plays a key role. Optimising children’s health and developing good habits around nutrition from a young age goes a long way to set them on a path towards longer term good health.
The consultations and follow ups are generally shorter in length as there is a shorter health history to discuss:
food diary and health history and lifestyle questionnaire
Initial 45-60 minute consultation
Further testing undertaken if required e.g blood testst, stool sample analysis (may incur additional cost)
Personalised nutrition plan including supplement recommendations (if required)
3 x 30 minute follow up consultations
Nutrition plan updated after each follow up consultation
Ongoing email and Whatsapp message support
